Our Sales Professionals are full-time and specialize in Residential, Commercial, and Insurance Replacement Customers. We have a huge marketing machine that drives significant business to our sales teams but we're looking for Sales Pros that are driven to generate additional opportunities and build their own book of business as well as effectively close the leads we generate. Our Sales Pros manage their projects from beginning to end allowing tremendous opportunity for building quality long lasting relationships with their customers. Sales jobs require approximately 10% travel within local markets. You must be able to multi-task, build relationships, be competent with MS Office programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be energetic, professional and have an engaging phone voice. TELEMARKETING SALES PROFESSIONAL

The main focus of this position is to develop leads for our sales teams. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients & potential clients in search of opportunity. When qualified correctly our sales team has a close ratio that averages from 50-80%. You may also help with market research, data collection, establishing talking points. Must be competent with computer, basic MS Office Programs, and fluent with internet and search engines. SALES MANAGERS

We have a huge marketing machine that drives significant business to our sales teams but we're looking for Sales Managers that are driven to help their teams generate additional opportunities and build their own books of business as well as effectively close the leads we generate. Our Sales Managers are full-time and willing to learn both B2B and RETAIL Sales. They travel locally about 10% of the time and service both residential and commercial customers. About 75% of our business is repeat and referral based with the highest customer satisfaction rates in our industry. Our Sales Pros manage their projects from beginning to end allowing tremendous opportunity for building quality long lasting relationships.

You must be able to multi-task. You must have thorough knowledge of the "Sales Process" and understand how to analyze Sales Reports and adjust your coaching based on your team's weaknesses. You must understand and be excited to educate your team in the science of "Qualifying" and "Closes". You must be competent with MS Office programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be high energy, professional and have a passion for mentoring others. You will be part of a dynamic "Team" that works together on a daily basis to solve problems and create solutions for our customers. In addition to taking charge of your Sales Team you will be responsible for managing a Retail Location, Scheduling, Team Goals and Special Events. You will be reviewing all contracts, pricing, and paperwork for accuracy. You will assist our Merchandising Manager with all tagging, POS, and Displays. ACCOUNT MANAGERS

The main focus of this position is to build and maintain a customer base & territory. Much of your day will be spent on the phone but we do maintain private showroom locations so you will be servicing customers on the floor as well. You must be able to multi-task, problem solve, build relationships, perform data entry, be competent with MS Office programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
